In Roger's words:
"Your injury is not about a legal textbook or courtroom. It is about the life and health of you or a loved one. It is about mothers, fathers, siblings, wives, and husbands, and the far-reaching and devasting effects of loss: loss of life, health, comfort, and choice. That is why it is important that the person who represents you in the legal process has deep and caring understanding of your circumstances, along with the qualities of compassion, and passion. I endeavour to meet each of my clients with compassion: to listen, and learn about you, your background, your family, and your dreams for the future. I am also committed to fighting passionately on your behalf against administration, rules, and the system, and to communicate to the court that you are not just a number in the queue, but an individual who matters, with real hardships. When I work together with people on cases, we almost always form a bond of trust and friendship. This is important because we will travel through emotional and difficult times together. But it is my goal to guide you to a place where you can begin to live life to its fullest again. I invite you to use our website to learn more about me and my firm, to clarify the legal process, and to make an informed decision about your choices. Then, please feel free to call for a no-obligation consultation."
